I love love LOVE these biscuits! They are by far my favorite go-to / semi-fancy bread when people are coming over soon or we’re asked to bring a bread to a potluck. I’m not proud to say that I’ve begged the hubby to go to Red Lobster…just for their bread. I’m actually really not a fan of a single thing on the menu, but that bread keeps calling me back. Capturing the crave-worthy taste of Red Lobster’s famous Cheddar Bay Biscuits was the goal…and this is as close as I’ve come to tasting the magic of those biscuits in a homemade version. This recipe is based on a Paula Dean recipe and is in my permanent collection for sure!

Biscuits:
- 1 1/4 Cups Biscuit Mix (I use Bisquik)

Garlic Butter:
- 1/2 Stick Unsalted Butter, Melted
- 1/4 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1/8 Teaspoon Parsley Flakes (to sprinkle on top)

Coat Baking Sheet with Non-Stick Cooking Spray

Drop dough by tablespoonfuls onto the baking sheet.
